GasBuddy.com - Find Cheapest Gas Prices In Your City

WOW. A friend linked me to this tonight. It's indispensible!!! I'm not going to drive half-way across town to save 2 cents per gallon when I buy gasoline, but there are some REALLY significant price fluctuations here!! I see them every day in my drive to and from work, and it's ridiculous. Why should it cost 25 cents more per gallon .3 miles from the highway as opposed to .8 miles away?

Interesting stuff! Check out the states in which you don't even live to get an idea of what people are paying there! Cool info. Interesting.

PRIVATE Opens "Gentlemen's Club"

It's about time studios started doing this. I've ALWAYS wondered why they didn't, especially in Europe where laws and regulations are much more relaxed than in the U.S.A.

Good move, PRIVATE. It took you 30 years, but good for you!! lol

Home from the Hospital

Well, my optimism of last week was perhaps a bit premature. The antibiotics prescribed by my family physician were not aggressive enough, and it turns out he misdiagnosed me. He was CLOSE, but not quite right.

I've just returned home today from several days in the hospital. Constant poking and prodding, testing, drugs, I.V.s, shots, pills - and not NEARLY enough sleep. There were several things feeding off of each other, but it's been contained and controlled and the doctor (different one[s]) are certain of a recovery as long as I follow up with things.

Lovely. Just what I needed after staring a new job 2 months ago - to be off work, hospitalized, and absent for nearly 3 weeks in toto.

In any event, I'm home now, confined to rest for the next few days and cleared for work beginning next week. I should be back in business, full-swing, by then. :-)
